Delivery Information

Local Delivery

We deliver by hand across Sydney five days a week. Orders placed by 5:00 pm may qualify for next-day delivery. Deliveries generally arrive within 1–2 business days, excluding public holidays, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Delivery Fees

Free local delivery: Hills District, Penrith and surrounding areas

Flat-rate delivery elsewhere: $20

Redelivery after an unsuccessful attempt: $15

Delivery Instructions

Add any special delivery instructions when placing your order. If no one is home and it is safe to do so, your order may be left in a secure place. If it is not safe, the order will be returned for redelivery.

Plant Shipping

We ship suitable plants within NSW using Australia Post. Some plants cannot be shipped because of their size or weight.

Orders are generally prepared within 2–4 days and dispatched Monday to Wednesday to reduce time in transit. Express shipping is not currently available.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control. Additional charges may apply when an order is returned because authority to leave was not provided.
